- A $200 security deposit is due with your application ($75 is nonrefundable).
- There are NO application or administration fees.
- Rent is paid on the following schedule:
- June 1, 2026 - first month's (Aug. 22 - Sep. 30) rent is due:
- Shared Bedroom: $700 Standard Unit / $730 Remodeled Unit
- Private Bedroom: $875 Standard Unit / $905 Remodeled Unit
- NOTE THAT THESE AMOUNTS ARE HIGHER THAN THE MONTHLY RATE BECAUSE THEY INCLUDE PART OF AUGUST AND ALL OF SEPTEMBER.
- July 1, 2026 - last month's (Apr. 1 - May 8) rent is due:
- Shared Bedroom: $665 Standard Unit / $690 Remodeled Unit
- Private Bedroom: $830 Standard Unit / $855 Remodeled Unit
- NOTE THAT THESE AMOUNTS ARE HIGHER THAN THE MONTHLY RATE BECAUSE THEY INCLUDE ALL OF APRIL AND PART OF MAY.
- October 1 - March 1: Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month for these six months.
- June 1, 2026 - first month's (Aug. 22 - Sep. 30) rent is due:
What's Included in My Rent?
- A shared or private (based on your application and availability) bedroom space in a furnished student apartment (there are three, four, five, or six tenants per apartment, dependent upon the number of shared versus private bedrooms)
- All utilities included
- High-speed internet from Comcast Xfinity
- General parking (limit of one permit per tenant; vehicle must be registered to the tenant or their parents)
Convenient Payment Options
Online
Payments can be conveniently made online through our website via ACH, e-check, credit card, and debit card. All online payments are subject to the merchant's bank processing fees. Logging into your tenant portal gives you the benefit of being able to see a full history of your past payments and charges and any payments that are due within the next five days. (Note: This information is available on your tenant portal even if you don't pay online).

In Person
Payments can be made in person at the property to one of the resident managers. Payments made in person can be cash, check, or money order.
Rental term is August 22, 2026 - May 8, 2027
Important Dates to Remember:
- January 31, 2026 - Applications for 2026-2027 school year available.
- June 1, 2026 - First month's (August 22 - September 30) rent is due.
- July 1, 2026 - Last month's (April 1 - May 8) rent is due.
- August 5, 2026 - Roommate names are available upon request; requests may be made via email (support@pineviewlogan.com).
- August 22, 2026 - Contract start date; check in is available on the 22nd from 1 pm to 7 pm, and thereafter from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday, and 3 pm to 7 pm on Sundays.
- October 1, 2026 - October rent is due.
- November 1, 2026 - November rent is due.
- December 1, 2026 - December rent is due.
- January 1, 2027 - January rent is due.
- February 1, 2027 - February rent is due.
- March 1, 2027 - March rent is due.
- May 8, 2027 - Check out; all tenants must check out at the time of their apartment inspection (last available inspection ends at 5 pm).
