$475/Mo. for Standard Units ($4,090 School Year Total)

  • What's the difference between a standard unit and a remodeled unit?  Click HERE.
  • A $200 security deposit is due with your application ($75 is nonrefundable).
  • There are NO application or administration fees.
  • Rent is paid on the following schedule:
    • June 1, 2024 - first month's (Aug. 17 - Sep. 30) rent is due:
      • Shared Bedroom: $715 Standard Unit / $745 Remodeled Unit
      • Private Bedroom: $880 Standard Unit / $910 Remodeled Unit
      • NOTE THAT THESE AMOUNTS ARE HIGHER THAN THE MONTHLY RATE BECAUSE THEY INCLUDE PART OF AUGUST AND ALL OF SEPTEMBER.
    • July 1, 2024 - last month's (Apr. 1 - May 3) rent is due:
      • Shared Bedroom: $525 Standard Unit / $545 Remodeled Unit
      • Private Bedroom: $645 Standard Unit / $665 Remodeled Unit
      • NOTE THAT THESE AMOUNTS ARE HIGHER THAN THE MONTHLY RATE BECAUSE THEY INCLUDE ALL OF APRIL AND PART OF MAY.
    • October 1 - March 1: Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month for these six months.

What's Included in My Rent?

  • A shared or private (based on your application and availability) bedroom space in a furnished student apartment (there are three, four, five, or six tenants per apartment, dependent upon the number of shared versus private bedrooms)
  • All utilities included
  • High-speed internet from Comcast Xfinity
  • General parking (limit of one permit per tenant; vehicle must be registered to the tenant or their parents)

 

Convenient Payment Options

Online

Payments can be conveniently made online through our website. ACH/e-check payments are FREE; credit card and debit card payments are subject to the bank's 2.95% processing fee. Logging into your tenant portal gives you the benefit of being able to see a full history of your past payments and charges and any payments that are due within the next five days. (Note: This information is available on your tenant portal even if you don't pay online).

In Person

Payments can be made in person at the property to one of the resident managers. Payments made in person can be cash, check, or money order.

Rental term is August 17, 2024 - May 3, 2025

Important Dates to Remember:

  • February 1, 2024 - Applications for 2024-2025 school year available.
  • June 1, 2024 - First month's (August 17 - September 30) rent is due.
  • July 1, 2024 - Last month's (April 1 - May 3) rent is due.
  • August 5, 2024 - Roommate names are available upon request; requests may be made via email (support@pineviewlogan.com).
  • August 17, 2024 - Contract start date; check in is available on the 17th from 1 pm to 7 pm, and thereafter from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday, and 3 pm to 7 pm on Sundays.
  • October 1, 2024 - October rent is due.
  • November 1, 2024 - November rent is due.
  • December 1, 2024 - December rent is due.
  • January 1, 2025 - January rent is due.
  • February 1, 2025 - February rent is due.
  • March 1, 2025 - March rent is due.
  • May 3, 2025 - Check out; all tenants must check out at the time of their apartment inspection (last available inspection ends at 5 pm).
