1,100 spacious square feet (3 bed/2 bath)
All utilities and high-speed internet included!

Not all apartments have six beds.

There are typically three beds in each of these two apartments.

Dates: May 15 - August 12, 2025

Dates: First Half: May 15 - June 25, 2025 / Second Half: June 28 - August 12, 2025; NOTE that preference is given to full summer tenants

Apartments 25 & 50 are two bed/one bath units and are $100 less
Remodeled units have been completely renovated and include a 50" ultra-high definition smart TV
Prices include a furnished apartment (linens, pots and pans, and other personal items are not provided), all utilities, high-speed internet, and cleaning of the apartment after checkout
$100 is due with your application, the balance is due January 1, 2025
