  • (Please note this is a preference ONLY and that most units are remodeled. You may be placed in either apartment type based on availability. For example, if you select standard you could still be placed in a remodeled apartment, paying the remodeled rate, or vice versa.)
  • Parking Information

  • Covered parking is $300 (due June 1). General open parking is free.
  • Apartment Reservation Information & Policies

    • Apartment spaces are rented for the academic school year:  August 16, 2025 – May 2, 2026. 
    • A $200 security deposit, $75 of which is nonrefundable, must be paid with this application.
    • Subject to availability, your application and security deposit will reserve your space until June 1, 2025. Lease agreements will be emailed out in May and must be signed by June 1, 2025, or your reservation may be cancelled.
    • Standard and remodeled apartment preferences are not guaranteed and are a preference only. Most units are remodeled and if you select a standard unit you may still be placed in a remodeled unit, paying the remodeled rate, or vice versa.
    • Apartment spaces and covered parking are reserved by the earliest date of when application and payment are received by Pine View Apartments.
    • Pine View Apartments reserves the right to reject any applicant for lawful grounds prior to a lease agreement being signed. Any rejection will result in a full refund of the applicant's deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy

    • If you need to cancel your apartment reservation, submit your cancellation in writing to support@pineviewlogan.com by July 1, 2025.  Cancellations received by June 1, 2025, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after June 1, 2025, will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
    • After July 1, 2025, you may only cancel your reservation if a replacement tenant can be found (any cancellation after July 1, 2025, will also be subject to the $200 cancellation fee).
    • This application is non-transferrable.
  • Lease Information

    • Monthly rental rates for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows: Shared Standard $500; Shared Remodeled $520; Private Standard $630; Private Remodeled $650.
    • All utilities, internet service, and general parking are included in the rent.
    • A $10 per day late fee will be assessed after the fifth of each month for late rent payments, with a maximum monthly charge of $70.00. Late fees will be waived if acceptable payment arrangements are made with management in advance. A $35 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
    • Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
    • Possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia in any form, including vaping, on the premises is prohibited. If applicant is unable to abide by these policies, it is recommended that applicant apply for housing elsewhere.
